Congrats! IMHO Kids are a fulfillment of the greatest quest in life, and I have come to the realization that there is no greater calling on earth than to be a father.
That being said, they are a great pain in the ass and it's a thankless task if there ever was one (even more so than running a server like this, at least some of us thank you at the end of the day)! My greatest hope is that my kids are responsible, humble, and always mindful of others and in this way I will have done my part to make this world just a bit better than I found it.

Thanks everyone.

Don't know yet if its a boy or girl, or even how many kids since she was on fertility drugs. Again, due in November so I'm sure we'll find out some time before then. Our long term goal is about 12 kids and hopefully 30+ grandchildren.

As for the ban hammer, if they don't behave they'll get banned from video games or going out with their friends, or whatever.

What I experience as a father/parent might be slightly different from most, since I'm not there all the time. I only visit one month a year, and rest of the time I'm working. So my wife will be the one to have to put up with the crying, running around, etc. If we do get a lot of kids, I'll probably hire a maid, which goes for about $40/month over there.

Communication is important, and I'm happy I can talk to my wife for many many hours each day (almost the entire time I'm at work driving) for free when she uses her computer and internet to call me. Needless to say, we have as about good as relationship can get despite the long distance apart from each other.

Where is the Like button?  Well said and a tad poetic.

My wife and I just received our second one ourselves!

I am happy with one girl and one boy, although I think my wife is considering another! LOL!

Keep us updated on the big event come November!

Maybe it will be a double drop that week. Just hope you farm up enough plat to afford gearing up two 'alts'.
