The thought of have a computer translate a language that is in itself complex and has different meanings to the terms translate to another language who has its own issues. Remember both languages are based on different roots so there is no easy way to translate. A person would get the gist of meaning behind it and be able to give a better translation; whereas, a computer would have much harder time.
