Title: Updates 07-01-12 Post by: Hunter on July 01, 2012, 04:58:07 am Updated Universal Teleporter and Teleporter Pet code (they are the same as each other).
So far the code is is over 1200 lines of code. I've got saylinks to click on to zone for both short names and long names of the zones up to Plane of Power. Will work on expansion zones higher than PoP at another time. You can still teleport to other zones by typing in the short name, such as you can type 'dulak' to teleport to that Ykesha Expansion Zone even though I haven't made Ykesha saylinks yet. Keep me posted on the new teleporter if its broken, or if its working nicely with the new features. If its working good then I'll finish up the other expansions into saylinks. No new spell files required so far this week. Yes, prices of Summon Banker / Teleporter / Waypoints have increased as some have noticed. Added more zones up to Gates and Omens (minus LDoN zones). Added Custom Zones to the list of zones. Added airplane to the list of zones (Plane of Gods). Removed Custom_Zones NPC from Nexus and Surefall. One question though: since the ring of gods (airplane) doesn't seem to port the group anymore, is there any chance of adding airplane to the universal teleporter or custom zones NPC? But then the 2nd set of code is accessed by the 1st set of code. So far the 2nd set of code that does the actual teleporting is the same code from before (the old teleporters), so basically any zones that I don't want players teleporting to won't be in that 2nd set of code that does the teleporting.
So basically the 1st set of code, with the saylinks that you see listing all the zones, is a complete list of all zones even though not all of them are allowed at this point. More zones might be added to the 2nd set of code allowing teleport to them. Without vendor items that we have to buy everyone would have 500 Million plat. SLS would cost 1 Million plat, etc. Every time someone figures out how to save plat, Hunter has to figure out a way to make them spend it.
