I'd drop the shaman and add a cleric. *agree* The Shaman are good to add for a second group. In the beginning 2 Pal's and Clr are a good base of heals. Once you start getting UC's, drop a Pal and add another Strike Aug type DPS, as 1 Pal and Clr will be sufficient to heal your group once they are UC'ed. The Pal dropped will be a good start if you decide to add a second group.
