I was just listening to some of the stuff rip through Pandora. I didn't know if anyone was curious about the spell naming. Tempest Blade/Tempest Wind: Tempest by Jag Panzer Gift of Decay: When Mind and Flesh Depart by Limbonic Art Tower/Keep naming convention: Queen of Lies by Icarus Witch (album art) Mark of Emperors: Varyags of Miklagaard by Amon Amarth ("in service of the emperor...") Ancient Ent Guard: Jigsaw Puzzle by Elvenking (album art and song) Howl of the Huntermaster: The Huntmaster by Alestorm These were actual points that helped inspire the naming conventions. Some of the names followed earlier spells, but a lot of it was simply based on whatever song(s) were playing through Pandora. There were others, but nothing that had a SPECIFIC link like these. So ...yeah, just making note. :-P -Hate |
