This should be available after reboot.

I have all the items made and the Keeper_of_the_Ages NPC updated quest code for turning in, and working as intended on the test server.

Ranks 1 - 100 will be same as always, delevel to level 1.

Then...

The ranks 101 - 500 require AA points to upgrade. (You will not be deleveled at this point)

The first rank of 101 will reset ALL your (unused) AA Points to 0.

After that it just subtracts the amount of required AA Points from your total unspent AA Points.

It starts off at 250 AA Points per rank.

Higher ranks require more AA Points to advance the ring per rank.

Higher ranks also gain more stats like HP faster than lower ranks.

So there is a curve on AA Points required and the stats increased on the rings rank.

Heroic Stats are now used in the new ranks to increase your max stat cap.

Other stats are pretty much maxed already.

The ring and the quest are pretty good now, so I shouldn't have to tweak much.

The only thing I need to do later is create new Rune buffs for the click effect.

It is not expected that anyone will realistically have the time to acquire rank 500. This item really allows players to separate who's been playing longer than who, after the AA reset of course. You don't have to specifically go out and grind this either. Just set your EXP to AAXP and you can do your normal raiding of custom tier zones. This is a GREAT item that ANY NOOBIE can do to increase their HP by a LOT! With enough time, any noobie can solo this quest to acquire over 200k HP.

Does the ring innately level itself or do we have to go back to the quest NPC to cash in?

Anyone caught grinding AA or Exp while AFK botting will be banned.

Hiding in an instance will not save you.

Trains in public over 10 mobs is also not allowed unless in PoFire.

Everything is logged.
Stuff you use MQ2 for is logged.
Doing the quest turn in is logged.

Just don't do afk bot. There are no second chances for those that do.

Enjoy :)

Just go back to the NPC and turn in your ring. If you have enough AA then you'll get a new ring and your AA's adjusted. Else you'll just get the old ring back.

Try it out after next reboot coming up soon here.

Hopefully I didn't lag anyone out, I just imported 400 items into the database.

Paying someone so I can afk in there zone while they get me AA is fine though right? =p

Easy way for newer players to make money for sure! lol

If your in a group, then anyone contributing to killing the mobs need to be active at the keyboard.

No afk killing.

If your in a group, sitting at zone line then that is fine.

Noticed that the new RoA upward is missing the Proc rate modifier that is on the 100. Even though I don't think it makes a difference at all on none Weapon items.

How I can look at this is - It's going to take quite a bit of time, i've yet to even get roa 100 due to the tradeskilling factor. BUT I do see this being a very worthwhile item to get and im looking forward to working towards it. having an extra 210k hp is never anything that would hurt or be worth putting aside and not doing. I got 10k hp buff from uni event and SM pet and already things are much easier tanking wise, can't imagine having a nice 210k hp ring. So +1

Looks sweet and its cool that we have something to spend aas on now. Noone will ever have roa 500 on this schedual, most anyone has is like 10k? Even if they have 25k over 4 years that's only roa 200.

Don't forget, going to ROA 101 resets aas that are saved. So nobody will be able to use them anyway.
