I am worried we're spiraling into mobs that will insta kill anyone that's not a warrior with full gear :)

I'll put this in and see how it works. Needed something like this anyways so I can fully understand were the current class caps are so I can add more stonewall in the future by 1% here and there up to a final max cap without going 99%. Effects will probably be after reboot, will upload a new spell file too soon to work with. I'll PM you with some credits soon too for your help.
