Just to let you know...It seems that the link to the HoTT UI Piece is dead. Do not know if Rogean changed its location or not, but several sites have reported it as dead after I looked for the same file on the web. Maybe someone here who has the file (or if you have it) can give it to you and you can add it to the Downloads section. So basically your target window got 2 lines... one with your target HP and the other with your target's target HP... easy to switch from attacking to healing etc...
