Also, edited the buff bot to shout kill less frequently.

Anti AFK only affects Nexus and PoFire now.

Hunter - does this spell file include the new wizard spell drops?   

It should, but I haven't added any drops yet to the loot tables, which I need to do soon.

• Enchanter Pet Nuke I/II had damage and cast time increase.
• Shylo's Bolt of Doom had recast reduced to 2.0 seconds (down from 3.0 seconds).
• Brilliant Ember had cast time bumped up to 1.0 sec (from 0.9 sec) but cast time was knocked down 2.0 sec (from 3.0 sec).
• Harbinger of the Sun II/III had mana cost swapped (I set them incorrectly. Sorry!)
• Blasphemous Tongue had the recast normalized to 1.0 seconds like the rest of the DoTs.
• Fixed a variety of max damage/healing issues with some of the spells. Only really affected the highest end geared players.
• Druid Epic Focus's proc (Healing Rain) had the AoE range normalized at 100 (up from 50).
• Enchanter and Beastlord heals should be in line with all the rest of them.
• Legend of Shylo Renewal had the double healing (or occasional...zero healing...) bug fixed. It should now heal for a set amount and then HoT for a few ticks. It will also normally stack with Druid Regeneration.
• Druid pet spell's name was cleaned up.
• Shaman pet spell's name was cleaned up.

NEW SPELL Soaring Desires : Group Levitate for Druids, Shaman, Wizards, and Enchanters (based on Levitation). Level 69 requirement, learned from INT/WIS spells NPC.

Wasn't there a change to upper-level Yaulps that changed the proc rate adjustment to a healing bonus? Or did I make that up?

No, it exists. That was an update or two ago. The proc rate bonus INCREASED the procs for clerics but DECREASED the procs for paladins (due to some proc mod issue with their weapons and AAXP). Having a self buff make a class LESS effective isn't a buff at all.

None of those new Caster spells from update the other day in loot tables right?

Good. I had completely stopped using the nexus buffer because it would always kill 2 or 3 of my 6 toons. Yay for Halloween pet.

Yeah its nice it doesnt do it every other hail now. Not that I use the buffer since that stupid shoutkill was added.

My chars never die when hailing nexus buff bot and I use her for my war, monk, bard and paladins every time. Sometimes she'll shout, or say I was struck down by the gods, but I never die.
