Title: Need a 3rd class Post by: ndisgize on December 19, 2012, 01:26:23 pm Just came back to play. Casual player, just a few hours a week. Looking to add a 3rd box, not sure what class to add. I have played almost every class on the live EQ (since 99 or so) but not sure about this server. Right now I have a paladin and a mage. I think I need more DPS, like a rogue or a monk or a wizard, or should I go for an armored class like warrior or SK? Whats best for basicallly epic 2.0 thru 5.0 or so?

The bard might be the better choice since it would add some nice procs to your group. If you chose a 4th, go warrior all the way. 5th would be cleric and 6th another pally.

Druid / Enchanter totally.... Monk/rogue/bard/ranger Bard would be best in this case. You can go quite far with just these three. If you can add a 4th, and you hit T4, I'd consider adding a bard and parking the necro for a real, long term DPS class (monk or zerker).
