EZ Server

I see that EQEmulator is working on getting the new free to play Rain of Fear client working.  Once they have it functional are we going to be able to take advantage of the new client on EZ?

Anyone able to let me know how to click items from inside bags?  I tried to put it in a bag and then left click it to make and drag it to the hotkey bar but w/o any luck it turns into a gold ring (UC look) but wont go into  the hotbar slot.
 ???

Also is there a way to take the SC thing off of the EQ tab?

/useitem

that is the command you have to use to use an item in one of your bags, or really any item, anywhere.

bags are numbered, and bag slots are numbered, the slots are from 0-9, so if its the first slot in the first bag, I believe off memory lol, it would be /useitem 24 0

anyway, just type /useitem and it will run through a list of the commands and slot numbers

as far as making hotkeys of items, ie shoulders, you can either use the /useitem command or you can hold ALT and left click/drag as normal

also when you make a hotkey you can right click the key and choose select icon, it will pop up a window with all the item icons and you can match up with the item you have the hotkey for, so you don't have just word hotkeys

Thanks bud! That just made all kinds of cool stuff possible!  I can now click my group cure reward item (that I haven't used since HoH, so about 3 years)...I see lots of new possibilities with this!  Thanks a ton!  ;D
