There is already a rule in place to take care of this for this very reason. It started with the ring of ages. People working on their ring of ages would visit lower lvl zones and just wreck the zone with their pulls. Hunter put the no training in custom zones rule in and it helped a lot. Then we get instances and it helped even more. I don't see why with instances upper tiered people should be wrecking lower tiered public zones.

Nor has anyone said anything destructive. I disagree that a brand new zone needs to be created to resolve something that already has a solution. Suggestions for improving the server are good, but building a bridge to get over a mud puddle when there is a shorter path going around it just doesn't make sense in my opinion.

Wouldn't make the encounters harder for on tier people who struggle, but might help with the bottleneck by just supplying more triggers. Percentage picked out of the air, but just an idea. Spend 3 or 4 days farming nothing but crystals then spawn boss the next day and you are done.
