As title says...killed Tserrina several times and still haven't seen one drop yet...was funny the new shoulder augs dropped and got me all excited before I saw it wasn't the essence I was chasing!  Just wanting to make sure I am not just chasing my tail here.

The Tserrina spawn rate is bush-whacked too... she just doesn't want to show her face no matter how much sexy frog leg I have to offer  ;D

I killed about 25 lvl 2 bosses before I saw essence drop.

I think that was lucky as well.

Woogie, you must be lucky, because I cleared level 2 like 200 times before I found an essence.

First Angered Librarian I killed dropped me a essence...

I got a V in about 2 days of farming fifth floor for alt keys.

As the title states "higher tier" essences...I (and several guildies) have been farming floor 7 since these new UW recipies went live and have killed TONS of Tserrina's w/o luck...just wanting to make sure it is just a RNG factor and not  oh-I-forget-to-put-that in...factor. :o

she's been killed over 200 times and i don't know of anyone who has gotten one to drop

Ok, I might be mistaken but I thought he said himself that the new essences are  Essence of Frozen Shadow I - VI (1 to 6) and that currently 7 is the regular one that does not have a number. And that one drops off Svartmane, not Tserinna.

Where does the one without a number come from? Because I believe I saw someone link that they got one in the last couple days.

The one with out the number has always dropped of a boss that had a chance to spawn after Tserrina Syl'Tor. my understanding is that the one with out a number was for uw 8 and above, and i thought i had read in a messge or in /ooc that somone tried using one of those to make a UW 7 and it would not work so they felt there must be a TOFSVII essence.

I know that I tried to combine a regular old tofs esse with everything else to make rank 7 UW and wouldn't work...so it must drop off Tserrina.

He did say that what I said in the October 9 update, however subsequent posts he said there will be 1-7 and 8 is going to be the unnamed one for UW8+ and never replied to you as to whether Tserinna dropped an essence now. Maybe she isn't the one who drops it.

ToFS essence rank 7 exists so maybe its not from her or not on the loot table. Just like a tootsie pop.. the world may never know :)

I know the essence is suppose to be, in-game, and seeing how all the other essences drop, would lead one to believe that it is suppose to drop off Tserrina.  That is why I am asking here.  I know a lot of people are farming her and a lot of people are not seeing this esse.  Unless Hunter made a new mob that spawns on floor 7 of tofs...I don't see this esse dropping from another named other than her.  Also wanting to see if Hunter can double check to make sure (if she is the one who drops said esse) she has it on her loot list.

Anuli, hunter has stated in game that it rank 7 is supposed to drop off tserrina. Thanks for posting your concerns, looking for something from either someone who has had it drop or confirmation from hunter that it is on the loot table.

Just double checked and seems I forgot to upload the updated quest for Tserrina, but its up now. Either leave your instance for a minute, or wait for reboot.

Has same chance to drop like other bosses.
