Fixed OMM room in Anguish - removed inner circle of spawns.

Fixed Tserinna in ToFS to drop Essence 7.

Made final boss in T9 Old Commons easier.

Ran some spell updates by Hateborne, but haven't posted spell file yet. Server side values will still take affect though.

in this update did something change with Advisor Svartmane, i just had him up and still do...wiped over 6 x now and i cant kill....i have killed before in about 4 mins, this time took 15 mins to get him to 93%...i have killed him many times and this never happend.

i was finally able to kill him  :o but something is differant and tofs seems off!

Still cant seem to get Tserrina to drop an essence.  I and a fellow guildie bounced around instances and pub all day and killed her a bunch...I got 2 Svartmane kills and 2 eofs...still no eofs rk.7........

  Hunter, when you say you are adding new stuff for the Halloween event october 25-31 are you saying the event will start Oct 25 and end on the 31st?

Hunter, can you recheck to see if Tserrina script isn't borked again?  Second day since "fix" and still nothing and I have had 3 people farming this since this morning as well as myself.

if advisor should be super rare...then rank 7 tofs essence doesn't  exist...

Server wide this thing has only dropped once since October 19.  If it's meant to be 1:30 it's not working.

Probably meant to put a halt on all upper UW's for a while

 I know Supar-typhoon is more important than EZ right now i get that.  Just, at somepoint, once you get power back, and life is mostly back to "normal" could you take a loot at this. Working my goons up the floors, almost done with keys on floor 5. have not seen a EOFS from floor 4 or 5 yet ( after getting 12 keys on each so far).  i need a silly amount of t5 essence still, so this is not yet holding me back. But would liek to know it is not "unobtainium".

I have two 5's from relatives.  Do not need either, but would trade them for a 7.  PM or /tell Bronc when in game.

May's got the skinny on it - they are dropping.  Rng on Tserrinna is just hurting a lot of people it seems.
