Is there any item on EZ that actually affects her? I didn't have my chanter up there for Blast of Vulnerability, but I have a feeling that if Malos III wouldn't land the ENC spell wouldn't either.
Also, in the realm of up is down relating to casters... if the mana drain from trash mobs is not going to be resistible could we at least tame down the total drain? Sucking over 1 mil mana on a floor with a difficulty level set around T3/4 seems harsh. When all the melee cannot attack ever...let's see how people feel about. >:-) -Hate I'm not quite understanding why we have to jump to the extreme opposite when someone voices that they think a complete, constant, unavoidable mana drain is a tad harsh for the level. in comparison there is no such npc spell in T3/4 but in floor 3/4 there is basically its a pity loot for casters lol, you offer zero to the group, but come along for the loot here, its awesome loot! I would offer a compromise to the situation, instead of the constant manadrain, have a resistable aoe mana drain and a resistable silence that scales with the floor level example, on floor one have both set at 900, floor 2 set at 1000, 3 set at around 1300, 1400, etc. also have the drain scale to the floor level, floor 1 drains 10k mana, 30k, 50k, etc on up. and the silence scale with duration from 3 seconds up to 30seconds, or something this gives players a chance to farm the resists needed to fight up to level 7. that way if you don't do the time on level 2, 3, etc, you would have a whale of a time on level 7 instead of extreme jumps, you don't like this, so we will give you extreme that, etc. just a thought Title: Re: ToFS Resists Post by: hateborne on January 01, 2014, 10:50:57 am Let's attach melee "silence" to that mana drain as well.
