(single target) It has been monk for as long as I can remember, but maybe spell changes have turned the tables. Ranger is pretty close, and I think when bow click is fixed (unless it has been while I've been away) ranger may tip the scales for ST dps. Caster, of course, its wizzie. I couldnt say with UW staff or Tserinna's (and not even sure if the effects are the same) but atm, epic to epic, wizzie comes close to monk for dps, but doesnt surpass.
