Does the Slimy Sapphire of Cowardice stack? e.g. If I have SSoC IX (21%) and SSoC (19%) on the same item, would that total to 40%? When I was running 2 monks, identical in every way, I would put 1 in one, and 2 in one. The 1 pulled agro before the 2 did. I swapped it over the other way and it was the same. The monk w/only 1 would pull before the one with 2. My dps now have 2 in the shoulders. The only melee toon that didn't was my beastlord. On agro roll over, it would kill the beast first.
