Title: Macroquest??
Post by: Warriorstack on June 08, 2010, 11:04:28 am
Now that hunter has updated the rules to verify that you may use the Map and /stick feature on Macroquest, is there anyone who is willing to make a quide on how to use it?  Hell I dont even know what it does.  I am just curious.  It sounds like something that would be useful.

Press M, you get the map.
Target someone in your group and type /stick and you stick to them.

That's pretty much it  :D

I'd appreciate this as well.. spent most of last night to get it working on ezserver and finally gave up.   I compiled the latest version, but got a bad client version error.   So after searching around, I found the archived source of MQ2-20051101.zip, and compiled that.  That worked, but no map or stick feature...it didn't seem to even recognize the /plugin list command.

Anyone have some tips on how to get /stick to work on the titanium client?  Or if I have to update my client to SoF or SoD, what versions of mq2 and the mq2moveutils plugin you used that worked would be appreciated.

Rule's weren't updated, the post was just bumped up from what I can tell, although it's only 2 months old.

Hunter posted on the forums saying that MQ is allowed for map & stick only.

If he says it's so, it's good enough for me  :)
