Mostly fixes for T10 effects. Specifically: Orcish Brashness ACTUALLY has the HP bonus now. It is intended to be -15% healing received, +20% max HP. -Hate Title: Re: New Spell File! (Fire/ice/ninjastrike, spammed heals/procs, anger augs, etc). Everything else is working normally. -Hate |
