My suggestion is exactly what the title states.

Something that incorporates an option for someone to permanently change their armor appearance (Chain to plate, plate to chain, cloth to plate...whatever) whether it be a simple combine in the magic box or some sort of quest.

You mean like the ornamental armor/weapons on live?

I dunno, I never played live that much to know what they had tbh.

I just figured this would be a nice addition to let people do something a little different from farming T1-10 all the time :)

Problem here: Not every model has robes, leather, etc.

I could add the hero forge armor, but I'd rather save them for serious things (like awesome loot/quest-gear). I may add something...amusing soon. hehe ;)

Love this item - just wish it would change your actual height....i hate being an angry orc the size of an ogre that cant fit through doors :(

Hero's forge was what I was referring to. Couldn't for the life of me remember what it was called though.

anything that allows us to not be "cookie cutter" molds of each other for each tier. At a certain point every warrior has the same gear, the same look, every monk, etc, etc

unlike in Live when you inspected someone everyone's gear looked different, different names, different stats often gained from the same zone/raid bosses

here its you get A and everyone else gets A and we all look like terminators at Skynet's production plant :(

I just want different UW skins. I always loved getting new weapons with new graphics on live.

Is there a limit to how many stats/skills you can put on an aug?  I was thinking you could put all of the stats on one aug that drops in each of the tiers instead of the weapons.  Then you put a vendor in the nexus that sells weapons that have no stats, just aug slots.
