I had an idea that may or may not work just curious what yall think.

Have an NPC that you can go and take a loan out of a certain plat need. and have it set that each time money gets transferred to your character whether it be trade, selling to npc or looting, a certain % comes out of that transaction to pay off your loan.

why?

yeah.. first of all why?
second.. um..  cool, create 1000 toons, take out max loans, xfer plat to main toon, delete junk toons...

too easy to abuse.

Could always IP restrict it, its possible to.

I could see why too, could help someone to create instances without the free creator, though I do also have to ask why even with that aside because its not terribly difficult to make money.

Your right it's not that difficult to make some money. I hover around 3-4mil on avg. So say I had the ess I need for my uw. Then borrow the play get the eon and plat thing from the guild guy boom u got epic. Then as you make more money it's played back. Say set it to IP and 1 loan at a time and u didn't have to rely on others for money

I think that doing something to fix the broken economy would do more than hamstringing it with a broker.

Oddly enough even with ip restrictions, loan restrictions, and interest I think that this would cause noticeable plat inflation on the server.

I was wondering if having the crafters guild vendor selling items like EoN (4 million plat) and SLS (500k) would suck enough plat off the server to make the economy better...... ???
