Title: Tserrina's whip Post by: Miriya on April 29, 2020, 05:10:09 pm Just had a question regarding those that have got it. For some reason it still eludes me even after keying my 6 toons (darn staves and necklaces!). Being tier 7 (level 75), I'm assuming it is still worth it to get the whip and double ninja strike it. At what tier does this start becoming obsolete? Would you main hand or offhand this because of delay?
I've also noticed that as you get higher in tier, some epic skins do more dmg but are longer delay. Efficiency rating is even worse/longer on some of the higher level skins. Does delay still matter? Does efficiency matter? Edit: Read that delay is set at 35 to combat lag. So I wonder if efficiency of the weapon takes that into account. Or just put in the highest dmg weapon and call it a day?
