Title: Can some1 help?

Okay i can log into to Everquest clear up to the server log in. But once i chose my server it give me error That says The Instruction at 0x10058404 referenced memory at 0x00000001. the memory could not be read. Can some1 try and help me out? Please and thank you. :)


Im running.
Intel (R) core tm i5
RAM 8gb
64 bit

Its a start but need more info.
Might be a corrupted file but need more info.

Mine did that both times i reinstalled running vista. I just went into options and changed the resolution to 800x600 and it had no problems after that and i changed resolution back once iwas in game.

Edit........ let me clarify , i changed the resolution in the EQ options  on the login screen not the computer. Then it let me log in and i was able to change it to a better setting. No issues running it after that.

that's your first issue. :)

Make sure you have updated video card drivers and windows updates. Sometimes those simple things are actually the issue.

^^That's likely your problem. Patching to Live can cause compatibility issues. Granted Live clients are semi-compatible atm but it's not stable anyway.

Also as stated it may be because you run Windows' grand OS that is Vista /sarcasm

I run Vista and never had a problem. It's not always the OS, but rather those that run the OS and change its settings.
