not enough evidence. there is no time stamps so it's hard to tell how long he was afk, we can't predict anything from the screenshots except for the fact that he was afk (how long? we don't know)  though it does look like it was less than 5 minutes, it's still unclear.  Warning, I think so. Ban- prolly not.  If this guy is as much of an ass clown as he's made out to be, he won't last long anyhow and will be banned soon enough.  Many people here have fraps. 
The pictures do raise one question for me tho.  Standing at a mobs spawn point with autoattack on, while afk.  Would the 5 minute rule apply to that person's kill then?  For instance: person A is standing on mob X's spawn afk w/ attack on.  Person B shows up and is like hey you afk? no response, so person B waits. Minutes later X mob spawns and attacks person A.  The X mob dies while person A remains standing there, five minutes pass and still no looting and no response- in this case person B should be able to loot right? I mean that would bypass the other person's kill rule wouldn't it?
I guess it boils down to this.  Don't afk when you're camping something really need.  Pee your pants, eat paper.  And by afk I mean leave the room for minutes at a time.  It's much easier to defend your camp or have assholes dealt with if you're at your computer able to respond. Otherwise w/out time stamps it's kind of a toss up.
Just my 2 cents.  I just feel there isn't enough evidence.

I vote No. First offence that I've seen up here from him and the evidence is sketchy.

I voted ban. Not only was there a second person in the post that the same thing happen to but his actions right afterward spell guilt as well.

Yeah, I have been looking for something to replace it with. I though about logging in and getting a ss of myself afk (and cropping it down) and using it has my sig since I don't get on very much right now.

I vote ban. I've seen this guy around and he's an ass. This isn't the first complaint I've heard.

I say ban as well there are 2 people that he did that to in the same zone and him gatting and /q after looting just shows that he is guilty.

Once again, I must note the lack of evidence. It doesn't matter if every tom, dick, and harry doesn't like him. Frankly I don't know any of you and I don't believe you either. Sorry that's how I tick. Show the proof is all I'm asking for. Anyone can get mulitple ppl to backup their story- w/out logs/fraps it's hard to prove anything.  I'm not saying the guy should remain. I'm saying we need more concrete substance here. He/she said doesn't cut it.
Wouldn't normal ppl agree here? Him taking the /q or gatting action afterwards does look odd tho, don't get me wrong.  Give it time tho- if he's arleady done this to many ppl, he's bound to do it again to someone who doesn't ninja afk and/or has fraps going and he'll be nailed then.  I honestly believe doing a ban based on ppl's word is out of the question. For all we know you're all 500lb men/women who live in dark rooms.  We  can't be trusted on the internet. We should all know our role.

I suspended him for 7 days. If it happens again (get time stamp ss's), then it'll be a perma ban.
