Ok on a test dummy in surefall looks like the proc is the same (with 7.0 pet) 50,082 non-melee proc on both the ornate and the fireblade v2.

Nope pictures are the same...doesn't seem to have a proc on it anymore and the dps from the weapon (375base+50fire versus 500 base damage) seems rather weak for a quested fireblade3.

Oh wait give me a few just realized that I didn't install the spell file from 10-3...just installed the one from 10-2....let me backup and punt 

Just wondering, but I just finished this quest on my mage, but this doesn't seem to be an increase to me.  The hitpoint increase is nice but the  difference in damage versus loosing the proc off the pet weapon is a big punch.  Included a picture that I took before server came down so you can see what I mean:

fading memories only wipes 100% agro about 75% of the time. Its pretty much always been that way even on live just a fyi

My experience, playing a bard, on live for 8 years showed me 100% removal from agro list 100% of the time.  Never once (once they installed FM) did I ever pick back up agro unless it was a see invis mob and I was too close to the mob once I hit fm.

I cant stand mounts...I just let the clickies rot=/

How about making the essences drop from level 6-7 AND be no-drop....that way they cant be sold and keeps those who cant handle that section of the zone from being able to get them w/o having gone through the progression steps?  Since, at this moment, EoFS is not used in any strike aug combinesit shouldn't hurt any players dps.

I was wondering the resist check on his anguish charm. At 1400ish resists and I get charmed then destroy my group. It sucks.

One way to combat the mezz...get a group cure reward on your main tank...when he mezzs your tank will get de-mezzed when he hits you.  You can then click you cure group reward item and all your toons will join back in the fun...hope that helps ya=)

Normally, I don't say things about changes, but I will agree that the best thing to do in this situation  is to remove the UW. As I originally stated it is game changing...but to change it mid-swing w/o ANY discussion is a dick move.  If that bothers you or the server admin..oh well go troll someone else douche.

Essence of Frozen Shadow needs to be a rare drop off any tier named in ToFS if this is the route you are going to go or else it is going to short dick everyone starting this quest....I agree that maybe making UW tier based as the best bet to fix...but hey nice way to gather community opinion before rolling out a major change!
