I visited a few zones and confirmed a few zones are lagging bad, and the rest are just fine.

Just to be safe, decided to do a quick reboot, since I might go to bed here soon, and wouldn't want server to be down all night.

Should take 15-20 min to bring backup, cause of 250+ zones that need to load into memory first.

Tried Anguish today, same issue.....lagging to hell, desync, even with 2 characters and pulling no more than 2 or 3 at a time. Was doable before yesterday....the insane lag and desync started there then, though. HoH with similar issues for me.

Public or Instance?

I think public might be bugged today. Would require reboot.

Sounds like the zone is bad bootup today, and crashing. Other zones are fine.

On side note, I'll have to add fearplane and oldcommons to the 10 train exception, still its 50 in instance though.

Its possible to do via quest_global to record how many times you've been in jail and increase penalty.

People like to complain about lag, but they also like to pull 100-500 mob trains.

I think 50 mob train in instance is fair. Will it slow some uber players down? Yes, a little bit. Unfair? No.

I believe there needs to be Heroic Resist on the UW's for the time invested to earn those weapons.

I don't think we should strip all of the Heroic Resist and/or give equal amount Heroic Resist to all tier armor.

If an UW IX has 900 HR and I give that much to the tier armor, then I'd only have to raise the -resist checks in T8 ToV even higher. Otherwise, by the time players get to T8 ToV, just having the regular suit of armor required would make toons auto resist all the npc spells without having to farm any resist from variety of ranked items.

Like stated before, I think would be better to only strip 50% of HR off UW and spread some of that to tier armor. Just not 100% for either.

I am starting to think that it would be good idea to cap how much HP is added on them after UW IX.

I realize this would be a nerf, and yes people will QQ about it.

Right now UW IX is 1M HP, then goes 2M, 4M, 8M.

Instead of double HP, might cap to adding 500k each rank after rank IX.

Undecided for now, but good chance of doing that route on HP.

Currently the anti train code allows for up to 10 mob train in public zones and 50 mob train in private instances.

fearplane, chambersb, and oldcommons are excluded from the public 10 limit.

You get yellow text warnings when your train is above 46.

If your train goes above the limit, then you get sent to jail in highkeep.

The jail door is locked, and you can't cast or do combat.

This is not to nerf people. Its meant for the server health. People complain about lag, and I'm sure its those people pulling 100-500 mob trains that is creating lag at times (in addition to other factors yes).

potimea had aggro reduced to 60.

qvic had leash removed.

highkeep now has popup yes/no window after 5 minutes if you want to get out of highkeep/jail. If you click no, then it'll reappear after 1 minute. So its now a 5 minute time out box.

You realize the QQ that Warriors would do because they are no longer special after all the hard work they put in?

The UW in future content will continue to put the toon above others, especially cause of the time invested to get those.

We need to spin it a bit differently and take another approach to keep the peace.

I've updated the Aug Slot Types on the Ultimate Weapons to have:

Slot 27
Slot 28
Slot 29
Slot 30

Don't get too excited yet, there no Ultimate Augments yet to put in there. No promise if it will happen either, depends on feed back, and how I feel about it.

Heroic Resist Stones are obviously ANY slot id so you are welcome to use those for that. The slots might be removed later if I decide to not do this plan, and therefore you could lose the Heroic Resist Stones if I remove those 4 slots. I might give advance notice, but I'm sure there would be someone on a week or month long vacation that wasn't able to remove in time, so only use those right now at your own risk.

If I follow through with these possible updates, then most likely I'll be removing the Ultimate Strike Proc that is already on it. Then players can choose what proc they want to use instead via Ultimate Augments. I realize this would seem like a nerf at first, but would be required if I use Ultimate Augments. My plan for end game is only 1 proc per weapon (not including buff from certain classes that add procs) in order to reduce combat lag like we been already doing with NS, IS, and FS in T7 and up. In the long run, with 4 types of Ultimate Augments to insert at one time, these UW's could become better than ever before.

Here is screenshot of what I have so far. I haven't added the 4 slot types into the color coded descriptions yet from spell file download, but it'll be in the next spell update for download..
