Ah yeah, that's strange. I've never had that happen to me.

Take off sow and switch to walk, run back to middle of island after each fear. I've been knocked back off island a couple times due to weird geometry and where I was standing, but only times I've been feared off are when I space out and don't pay attention to where I am.

I suggested environmental stuff in ooc last night and people cried out that it wasn't PVE and they just wanted strict, rock 'em sock 'em, PVP. Personally, I think having some strategy involved is part of the game, knowing your terrain, being aware of where you are etc. I know bringing up WoW on these boards is blasphemy, but capture the flag was a lot of fun and you could definitely use the map to your advantage over people who preferred to just mash keys. If you guys just want to mash your keys that's cool, but personally, I'd prefer to just /random 1 1000 and be over with it if that's the case. That's over simplifying the argument, but I don't really see what environmental stuff would hurt.

I would suggest a zone like Kithicor or LFay if we wanted an open combat sort of zone, and Western Wastes complete with mobs for those who want a different experience. You could even ally yourself with Dragons to avoid them, but still have to watch out for burrowers, AE's, etc.

I can only imagine. I was watching Bizarre Foods on travel channel and they were in the Philippines eating partially developed embryos of ducks right out of the shells. Apparently it's all the rage over there....

Griz's last post on using the map features is a HUGE help to anyone breaking into t5. Spawning cycles can be a little confusing if you're not catching things like that.

If I remember, Zerkers had their own special AoE proc on their Epics? Then yes I'd need to modify these in the spells table by seeing which spells are proc'd of Zerker epics and then x5 them.

Yes, sir, that is correct. 4.0 is 10k base dmg.

I've had clears with 4 or 5 today and then ones with none. Not broken, just sometimes the RNG craps out.

The only suggestion I would add is to beef up the Zerker procs by at least a little bit (not 10x or whatever craziness). They were pretty unique in their AE capability and I'd rather still have that even if it means taking a hit on single target white damage compared to the others.

Personally I got about 3 in an hour, all sorcerers I didn't need, with next to no points, so I'll probably hold off until floors are reassigned (unless they're not going to be).

Past three days I've gotten about 5 just looking for pages. Just sounds like a bad string RNG crap.

Yeah the other day he jumped four times on me to drop no charms and two tokens. No thanks!

I logged on EQ a few weeks ago and it was depressing. I tried using a Merc with my Druid and grew bored of it almost instantly. On top of that, half my clickies were in extended bags/slots that weren't accessible because I wasn't gold; I only found that out after doing a test copy.

If you were dead set on playing, there's some weird vendor in PoK that'll give you pretty nice items for tokens that you'll probably have accrued on any old characters.

Not an ultimate solution, but I CoTH with a few seconds after it starts on my mage because I'm lazy and it takes like two seconds to restick from there.

Hell yes - you can farm ores from your phone!!!!!!  And you can get double loot to boot!!!!!


 

Oh god, I would get nothing done. I get nothing done as it is. I'm stuck getting rogue ores and listening to the same Pink Floyd songs out of a library of like 20,000 songs. Must have something to do with the way it accesses the memory. It's a lazy phone.

Best I can offer is that the RNG does tend to get "stuck" sometimes. This is mostly observer bias, but could also be the algorithm, I don't know the particulars, but shuffle on my phone does this all the time. I've gotten 15 rogue ores in a row during double loot, that was my best. 9 out of 12 spawns I popped Kronos...etc. If it's really bugging you zone out and wait a bit, usually fixes it.
