Hi, I have a few questions:
Whats the best way to beat stone monster? He destroys me right now. I did dispell him, and also did some damage, but he regens pretty good. Also, he charmed my damn tank.
Also, does scaling work based on the player levels and number of players or just the levels? I could try to power up some alts with gear I guess, but wouldn't be worth it if the stuff just gets harder.

are you asking for evidence or saying that is evidence?... either way it'd probably take a higher end player 4 minutes to level a necro to 60 and cast it. or 2 minutes to log in and look at the spell that says 0.0.

Ok well I just went through this phase so I guess I could give my opinion on it...
Personally, I felt like the craziest thing was the amount of back farming I had to do on T1 POS... I finished T2 easier. But you know, that whole RNG thing must have got me. Most of my group was ready to hit HOH but I had to essentially grind/waste time/pretend it's classic EQ. I'm not complaining, I just felt like it was out of line with the other progression I had been though so far.
I've also seen eye of the heholder a few times but never the ancient dragon. First time I saw the Eye it got my heartrate up so that was fun. I guess I missed out on the Dragon. In hindsight, that seems unfortunate because I see it as content someone developed that probably i would have enjoyed but RNG or whatever spawns it never happened in my time.
As for farming SLS, I found that pretty easy compared to the other farming especially the T1 crystals.
Overall, my biggest suggestion for changing things in this QVIC to HOH phase would be make T1 less grueling in the sense that it's farming crystals just to farm crystals while providing no upgrades, challenge, excitement... just running a group around trees to kill a dragon in a few seconds.

I was wondering if there is any reason to save AA's for classes like a MAG and SHM? Presuming you have at least 1 character working the exp mask, should every other character just indiscriminately dump their AA's into the Ring of Ages? I just am not fully aware of what all the high end of this server offers. I know, right now in T3/T4 that the ring is great for my PAL/WAR, but what about other classes?

Also found out that Kraken, which cost me a cool 1M, drops freely in T4.
Are there other zones like this where you buy a spell that "readily" soon after you can obtain for free?

Does that dummy parse you?
I have certainly used the dummy but I never saw it give commands to parse like THF.
Or are you guys using a 3rd party program and just whacking the dummy?

Thanks for giving your feedback.
My gut reaction is that you're definitely right...
If I didn't know any better maybe my suggestions are too cumbersome on staff. But I don't know... I see it as there are so many interesting features already in the game that are obsolete, and maybe it is just a quick fix to make them click-worthy. That's what I'm trying to offer up.
Sometimes I major in minors...

I'm not sure how forage works on the high end... but ill throw this idea out there cause I imagine it's not really used at all.
But how about in later tiers you can forage good food/water that would replace the caster/fight guild food. Obviously it would be unwise to render the CG/FG rations worthless, but that stuff is low tier.
So, maybe starting around T4 you can forage better food or drink in respective tiers. You could even make each tier have progressively better stuff.
It would be best to make it tradeable since most people cannot forage.
I think its just a nice idea to take advantage of game mechanics that are mostly in place already.
