Was something changed in regards to incoming melee damage recently? Mobs (in VP anyway) seem to be hitting for about the same max damage as always but, they seem to be getting full, max hit rounds in almost every time now. Almost as if my dodge,ripostes,parry are way off. Whereas i used to pull 6 clearing around Raulfer fairly easy, I am now barely living through a 4 pull. Even the zone in mobs, which I can normally handle 9 or 10 are wiping me with 6. Seemed to be OK just yesterday but, today was a wake up call to be sure. Apologies if this is intended and I missed an announcement.

I use the following.

Basically tells your Ranger to click on his ranged slot item which is hopefully a bow with his epic stuck in it.

Had the same thing happen to me when I attempted to start the T10 mini.

Had 24 in raid, hailed the Gnoll in my Guild Instance and progressed through the dialogue.
Noticed only 18 ported to Mistmoore. The rest got sent to the Nexus.
Wouldn't go any farther as I got the "Only the expedition leader can progress this scene" message.
Tried all toons and got the same message.
Tried to re-enter my remaining 18 into my SR instance and instead got ported to Nexus.
Went back to my SR instance and hailed Gnoll who eventually told me that all 24 toons have a 2 day lockout.

Everything worked great this past Saturday when I did the expedition.

I had a Beastlord and 2 Monks who finished Orc Weapon Research and Gnoll Armor that would not level up until I also completed Orc armor on those characters. As far as I know it's not supposed to work that way but, in some cases at least, it does.

If this is similar your scenario, I suggest getting them whichever armor set you got them weapon research on.

I ended up donating a dollar for the alpha version and it works great with the new update.

When you say t10 augs do you mean strike augs or the epic augs?

Epic Augs.

Have you completed the epic?

Must have the epic and armor to level up.

Yes, the toons in question have their T10 Augs.

He says he has T10 Augs, so imagine so
Not completed myself, so only a guess, but if it was me, i would re hail the quest givers to double check all finished, and get a full set of orc armor
No idea if that will work, but would be my first route

I checked this as well as to make sure my weapon research, factions and armor quests were all listed as completed in the quest history tab. Everything seemed in order. So....

Yesterday I went and finished Orc armor on one of the toons and was able to level it. I am guessing it will work the same for the others. Not sure why I needed to finish the Orc armor as I had already had a full set of Gnoll but, whatever works I guess. My Rogues and casters have Gnoll armor and Orc weapon research complete and were able to level no problem. Thanks for the help and advice everyone.

No, they all have just standard T10 Gnoll armor. I saw the post about the UA armor not being recognized.

FWIW, the toons names are Kilafoot, Kilafu and Kilabeast if anyone wants to check Magelo to see if I am missing something obvious.

I have 3 Toons that don't seem to want to Level to 79. All 3 have their T10 Augs, have completed all 3 factions and have a full set of Gnoll armor. All the associated quests appear in their respective Quest History list as completed.

When I hail the Wench and select Advance, she tells gives me the standard spiel about needing to be highly regarded with one of the 3 factions and have my T10 Epic.

As far as I know and based on many of my other toons, the armor set you acquired does not need to match the faction that was used to complete weapon research.  (My casters and other melee who completed Orc weapons and then Gnoll or Sarnak armor didn't have a problem.)

I have tried to unstuck but, the Wench refers me to that stuck up teleporter. Unless I am talking to the wrong person, I see no option from the Universal Teleporter.

I have been thinking about it for a couple weeks and can't seem to figure out what I have missed. Any info would be appreciated as the only thing I can think of to do is complete Gnoll weapon research on the affected toons and see if that does the trick.

Tested it anyway and with UC3 equipped and no Mana Neck, Damage dropped to 2.4 mil with 7.2 mil crits.

A quick check in QRG tells me that my 78 Wizzy with UC3 and Mana Neck XI hits for 5.7 mil and crits for 10.5 mil using Yamakagi's IV.

When I remove my UC3, the damage drops down to 3.7 mil and 4.5 mil respectively.

Did this in about 5 minutes so, take those results for the small data pool that they represent.

Is there a trick to selling the Charm Prisms? I tried selling these to the Queen, it just locked my UI up and no dice.

Try handing them to her. Up to 4 at a time without stacking.

Today I spent 2 hours in T9 and got 3 HGs and Zerka pulling to the lake and killing any and every type of mob there was. Interesting that within 5 minutes after the third HG, Zerka popped while I was getting ready exit the zone. I hadn't killed a single mob after the third HG and she popped. I guess that pretty much confirms that HG and Zerka no longer cancel  each other out when they pop. Just kill kill kill baay and hope rng don't screw ya.
