My 2 cents

You have enough healing, and can spare 1 paladin for your second group.
You miss DPS.
Going single target is not worth it.
AOE all the way.

Mandatory : 4 AOE classes : mix of Zerk or Necro
Quality of life : drood regen will greatly help your war to do massive pull

buff classes : you can live without sham (hp buff) or ench (dps buff).
you already got a cleric (hp buff)

Be carefull : levelling at once too many of the same class, or same armor type - class (plate/chain/leather...) is a lot  more painfull / time consuming....you will waste a lot of drops, and regrets it, sometimes.


so i would go 4 AOE, 1 drood, 1 single DPS (rogue), put one of these in your main group, so you have a spot for a paladin.

If you equip it on a low level toon, with less than 100K hp, then as soon as you zone in, the debuff applies and may kill you.
There must be two differents calculations in the game to decide if you are dead or not. One including buff, one not.
So your char turn into a dead but not so dead char : UI locked  & can't move (as with a dead character), seen alive by other, non legit target for rez ....

only way i found to solve the issu was to enter a new zone, take my monk, pull a train on the zombie character.
He will aggro and die for real (including the pet), that will solve the HP count issu

The zone is really hard for non  tier 10-completed people.
At least, that's my mileage.
Some data : I'm in the middle of OC, 2 UW (10&, 3 char flagged for tier 10.
In the halloween event, I can pull 2 mobs max.
Some mobs death AOE will wipe my raid, but my war.
Never had such a challenge so far in the game (since  i haven't been on tier 10)

Do you plan to temper difficulty based on group/Raid level, or is that too much work to do for this year  ?

since double loot can be activated on the fly now, i guess it can be coded.
(and heavily abused)

In which directory is this file stored ? (some windows directory, mostly used when selecting by default installation mode for a new program, doesn't allow write/update)

if you make a search on your whole hard drive on this specific file name, how many occurence do you have ? (maybe you are updating the wrong one)
if you have more than 1, check their last update time stamp, load the game, and check if any of these files got updated.

last but not least, are you using wineq2  ? or any multi box booting program
