Someone just recently said that they popped the sand monster got a 3.0 book then did the lvl up npc and it fixed there lvl problem... might try that..

May want to wait till after Halloween, lots of Strive V's for sale after, unless management gives us some sort of combine we could do with them.

They are lvl restricted i believe, havent looked in a while TBH, so a new player may not be high enough to utilize 5's even for the right price. Just a thought..

step 1 is have the toon your going to do the combines be in the crafters guild. not a suggestion, is a requirement. part of the material for the combine is sold from a vendor in the crafters guild that is no drop.

after that? farm/buy SLS. the recipes for the various strike augs can be found in the book on the vendor.

next? Plat.... LOTS of plat...

If your soloing a single toon probably not, but as long as your running a full 6 man teem your fine. And, IF you get a chain of bosses and you ended up with one you cant handle there are usually more then enough people that will pop into your instance or your camp/kill spot in public and give you a hand. there are some  who will ask for a drop from the boss but there are just as many people who will do it just be nice. so as long as your willing to pull loads of mobs and grind thru the mobs to get bosses to pop you will get stuff.

Of all times i actually "schedule" time to play if im so busy i have a hard time getting to (seems alot this year  ) i take time off for Halloween from work, family, life. Alot of people have been here a while and are hoping for something with a new Pizazz from Hate and Love for Halloween, your first Halloween is defiantly a show stopper for sure. 

It's on its way, I have to clean up a lot of not so great code that Hunter left behind code-wise first before that ability is restored.

A) The Sympathetic Proc may be the easiest to implement and control. This would give a base chance for static damage. The downside is DoT casters would not benefit as much from this as a DPS DD caster might (ex: necro versus wizard).

You do realize you can make a separate aug along with it or possibly just add a second effect that casts a dot when a player casts a dot right?

Do you realize that this is a 3yr old post? Lot has changed with the spell file since then along with augs n procs..

yup, just remake on another account. kinda sucks, but after some of the drama i have heard about instances in past i understand why the rule exists. if you want to keep the same name you can delete the toon that has the name and then remake it.
