Booted up the t10 expedition today and it put me in dranik.  Typeing #e or #expedition gives the error "This is not a valid expedition command".  Luckily I remember from when my dranik expedition used to mess up a lot that the command was #e destroy.  

Pathing needs to be looked at in the expedition.  Mobs were coming thru the floor behind me, or just attacking me while still inside the floor.  Also, the zone pull now agros the blackburrow carp.  They did not agro before the update when using zone pull.

I have not noticed any speed increase other than gnoll assassins.  For named, den mother, rellognub, and venombite have not noticed an increase in speed on.  I do not know anything about any other zones.

It seems the problem that mobs had when first zoning that would make them not agroable is happening to mobs that are spawned from named, or plague.  Repeatedly, plagueborn would run past my warrior and go attack the other people in my group.  The basilisks spawn from den mother ignored my war and killed my bard.

Yes it is what I use.  I am not sure if its tied to that plugin but I think it is.  /use "Ultimate Great Axe XII" casts my warriors epic.

I also tested it with items from my bag, and from the bags of my other characters.

Have you tried /use instead of /cast item?

Fighting the named in Sunderock that spawn adds keeps killing my characters.  The adds wander around at first, then go immediately for my non warrior characters.  This also seems to be a problem with the plagueborn.

Also, is the run speed increase / warping going to be addressed for gnoll assassins in t10?

1. The warrior aura Myrmidon's Aura is overwritten by the cleric spell Armor of the Crab III.

2. The bard alternate ability Song of Stone gives an error "unable to find data for pet bardSwarmUpgrade1".  Currently the aa is at 5/12.  I am not sure if it worked at other tiers.

3. The bard weapon Nature's Melody has a group buff Nature's Melody.  On the description for the ability it says it lasts 600 minutes, but it is only a 3 minute buff.  It is only a 15 ac buff so not sure which is supposed to be correct.

4. The bard song Nillipus' Stampede of the Wee, base and other ranks, all use alteration skill instead of an instrument skill.  Also, the cast/song timer is almost double of other songs.

5. The item from T10 "burping beer" locks up all commands when used.  I can move around fine, but can't attack (it turns off attack when used), use any hotbars, or click any items/armor.  It eventually disconnects me to character select.

6. The Champion Symbol augment quest reward from T10, and Loping Plains Augment of Damage Shield both say they increase damage shield.  The damage shield does not change when equipping these items.

7. The Instant Cure Group (Reward Item) removes/cures the enrage ability from the ultimate armor plate gloves click.
