I just saw this happen. I didn't have fraps or was quick enough to SS it. I was after shadow and saw he was engaged and then on my map i see him going across the zone not aggroing anything with it. People in the group were Galoud, Kitai, Tavi, Tiva and Miva.Groups has war,monk,cleric,pally and sk i believe. This was in public. Not trying to be a tattle tail or anything but c'mon in public when people are after shadow?

Drezden, this the guy that saw all of it go down? just catching up on this thread, this sure sounds like the guy whos name you couldnt remember.... yes...no?

ok well , just to be sure, i sent hunter a email about it, cuase chances are, if i feel like its a exploit, id better ask the man ya know, when he responds via email, i will post his response verbatim so everyone knows if its kool or not, who knows, he may say yea go for it, n we may all find a faster less painful way of running guildies or alts thru this zone. really hope he says its kool, gawd that'd be super nice...

ok me n a guildie were at pod gi at the ice tiki, i had ice crystal, so did he, well when we get there, he thought he was gonna pop it, and i thought i was gonna pop it, well we somehow ended up doing the crystal turn in to the tiki at relatively the same time, the tiki then spawned Two named on us, one being kronos, the other being something i couldnt see for the adds, but i think it was mentu. i could have tanked it and killed them both, but i went ahead and let us both die, simply becuase it seem like a exploit, i figured better safe then sorry. can anyone confirm if this has happened b4 or is considered a exploit? and if it is a exploit, sorry it happened, total flipping accident..wasted my chanter buffs i got too gdi, but it was n a gi n we didnt make the kills, so no harm no foul. soo.. enlighten me people

n yea the rewards for cg n fg seem small, but if you roa'ed a few lvls, got brain melted over it, wanted to take a break, having all your spells fizzle n all your attack miss, would def suk, you only belittle the fg/cg rewards as youve already completed those questlines imo. you really wanna fizzle on say kronos? or even worse, a t3 named you had to farm stones to pop, die n waste all that time? or even gawd forbid fail to proc from missing auto attacks? think of the horror of it, /shudders

the comparision is ...*give me what i want with minimal effort and time invested on my part* undertones.
regardless of the rewards, which i didnt mention, the only comparision i was making was the mentality behind trying to make things even more ez, maybe change the server name to *everything your heart desires with the hailing of the insta-satisfaction vendor* server.

 my stance, its already easy, and if you wanna box your way to happiness, whos to stop you? im certainly not the one to do it, nor comment on it i guess,  but your still the one farming the items, n even if you do lock down multiple spawns, you gotta sleep eventually whats the harm really? besides hoggin all the bandwith from your neighbors lmao (charter internet shares bandwith, which i have lmao)

interesting thread sickem, one that is no doubt bound to generate more heated discussion. i would say its fair, even tho i do not box, the option to is there, same as it is for everyone, so non-boxers have the Option to level the playing field abit and do the very same thing. i would also say that its not fair, as it does seem like exploiting. i wonder tho, the thread regarding penulitmate charms or whatever, some were saying folks want things as easy as they can, n  it would take grinding out of a item that was meant to be grinded, isnt that sorta what this behavior is doin? tryin to remove grinding out of a quest line that was either meant to be grinded or purchased? they arent no trade, so why make it easier when you can buy it, or get help from guildies to farm them, or farm yourself, thats already 3 different ways to acquire the items to make the fg, cg quest lines easier. i already completed this and it makes no difference to me, im simply one of those guys who is gonna play the game n get as far as possible gearing up with items n such given the options to get said items. but with 3 different routes to get those fg and cg items, why bother? id really like to see some of the folks postin in the charm thread post here, and compare the responses.  seems to me if the folks that favor thats its  ok to do this but are against the charm suggestion, may be straddeling the fence on two subjects that seem very similar to me. both haveing the same *give me what i want with minimal effort and time invested on my part* undertones.
 even saying that as new things come out, old things should get easier, this thread is bound to generate gossip. i too am interested in seeing how people respond to this thread.. my official stance, with three ways to get'em, why make it easier? but at the same time, dont go banning folks for doing this, as im sure with as many boxers on ez server, bans handed out over this would cut the server pop dramatically. besides too many rules over every little thing, implement all those rules, and soon, you wont be able to fart without having someone fraps it n next thing you know.. you the guy on a youtube fraps who farted and got banned lmao

ty xiggie,  was hoping to get a clarification on this before i went to bed, i appreciate it. this should really be in the yellow text as you zone in to prevent confusion and preserve the tacvi rule set, and also to inform those of us who havent been long to the server and are unfamiliar with such zones that have thier *own* rule set. just my oppinion, but i would Love to see it in the yellow text, as from your comment i realize now that im not the first to not know this. hopefully if it makes it into the yellow text, i will be the last.

also, if its not good behavior, i do appologize and confirm it was done in ignorence, tho i have no idea who it was, as they didnt send a tell or say n e thing to me about it, and it wasnt until a few minutes ago i heard about this. hoping to get educated on this. peace

when your in tacvi pub, and someone is on say boss 3, is it ok to jump to boss 4 so long as they have engaged the boss 3? i was there earlier today and did that, dude was on boss 3 i jumped to boss 4, and i know the pub versions are supposed to be competitive, but whats the code of conduct in this situation? i didnt interfere with his kill, nor his lewt, and left all lewt in the zone, was just there to get in some solo revenge kills for the beating they gave me in my pally's early days. was talking to some guildies about this, you know, bruhaha n all about stomping the old meanies, n they said that was not acceptable behavior for tacvi? can anyone confirm or debunk this, i dont want to offend n e one, nor break rules or step on toes, just trying to get this cleared up for future reference. i have shared tacvi pub in the past with folks and we all had a nice time and helped each other by posting what we had rotting to help get us all thru it fast as possible. any help with this topic would be most appreciated, ty

hey guys whats everyone up to? ohh, still posting on this thread thats full of groundless accusations!! well i suppose to someone who isnt the subject of this discussion that, yes, its a fun read.  i personally sent a message to hunter asking him to investigate this matter any way that he can to prove once and for all, that in NO way have i ever cheated. and second, Mr.  Lucadian , n everyone else also, i say these people spouting profanity are low class, which really isnt a insult compared to whats been hurled at not only myself but my guildmates as well. you wanna flame me thats fine, but leave my guild out of it. all of you who think im guilty, from everyones collective point of view, the WORSE that could be said of my guild is that (assuming im guilty) they had someone in their midst that cheated. according to those SS's no other guild members were present were they? so why are they getting dragged into this? shiz guys just leavem all alone. I wouldnt ask my guild members to leap to my defense, as im more then willing to do that myself, both in RL and in this wonderful game. though im most grateful for the ones who have! well done guys! always nice to have folks who believe in you
Hunter has gotten my message requesting he pore over the logs or whatever, and im soo looking forward to the responses everyone posts when its proven i didnt cheat. assuming of course, that when im cleared of these charges that you guys can muster the balls to even post a decent appology, as well as recount your profane defemation of my guild. im betting half of you flamers will abandon this thread with out so much as a backwards glance when you all realize that Crow tastes as bad as those very same piles of shiz that my entire guild was compared to.
