My characters keep reentering plane of sky zone.

My roles stuck at plane of sky. I rarely use these roles. Today I want to pick up some  items. I logged in them but they always repeat to enter plane of sky. My roles are level 70. Could anyone give some suggestions to move away from plane of sky?

I want to make strike augment. I read wiki. But There is not any information or instruction. What material should I prepare? Could someone give me some suggestions? Thx

Finally, I knew what the real problem was. I download a file "eqemulauncher_v180.zip" from Eqemulator web. The problem was solved. Thx all you guys. Thx for your help.

Really? But I click "eqgam.exe". it shows "Please run Everquest.exe" Where could I find this file in my download doc ?
