so this is all I know;

  so for the 4.5 is it a get a quest to start or just start killing?

 and for the 5.0 is it the kill list given in abyss?

well for the most part he stepped under 4 times, but on the last kill of the night he did do a 11 step on me. could be I needed to relog, but not sure.

OK, so found the problem, and it was not the direct X. what it ended up being was in the UI files, basically the default files name was changed when I transferred the files. it was causing all the problems.

 hehe now off to kill in game

um, ya. wife comp took a dump and when it got warrentied, this is all they had, not carrying any thing with win 7 on it any more, all sent back to be fitted with win 8 I was told. so I am stuck for now trying to get game to work on this one. trying to download filkers torrent but not looking good on that one. going to see if I can get the files from live and change the files needed for emu as well. hopping some thing works.

 I did however get a copy of SoD to work, but there is now target list window. so on with the hunt for the client that will work the way my old one did.

sorry it is memory errors, generic type.

got new laptop, has windows 8, transferred files from old windows 7 comp, getting errors wont load the UF client I have. any one have a place I can get clean new copy or direction to fox this issue.

oh It is a new comp, and it has windows 8 running it. so far everything else is working like MQ2 and all. installed direct x and such, reinstalling game clients now, see if that works.

I have had that happen at times, to fix I had to close the windows all the way out, then re-run them and it was fine.

 it is some thing with the interface between your MQ2 and the game.

 I am on a loner comp, go to start the client and am getting an error. it is saying memory error

  the instruction at 0x0377e086 referenced memory at 0x00000044. the memory could not be read.
 
 that is exactly what it says, fixed that once but been so long I can't remember how I fixed it. any ideas?

  don't know, cant aford one yet. do want to get one, but a million + plat? that seems a bit steap.

Ok got it to work, had to run it as admin. but wont run as just regular user. i go with what work LOL
