I'd check the Fetzer valve or maybe the bypass line.

FYI - 2 casts of Dark Salve will cure Minor Dragon Poison on a Nec pet. Not sure about Major. It would be nice to have the same ability with the Mag pets. :/

I've done a bunch of searching here, but I cannot seem to find a step by step guide on how to get flagged for HoH...and eventually get my 3.5 Epic.
I know you need a breastplate from PoD, but I am unsure on who drops it.

Also, I am unsure about the entire PoD zone.
I think I have this right - kill trash dragons to spawn mini-bosses, kill those guys, get drops, etc.
What do those drops provide and who are they turned in to?

I also see the Tiki idol looking guys there. I believe they are used for a turn-in/spawn combo, but I am unsure of what to turn-in, where to get it, or why I am doing the turn-in in the first place.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

So I go through the pain in the ass CG quest, only to find out that the Master Ring not only has no pet for Wizards (understandable, since we are not a pet class), but it cannot even be equipped for the stats! WTF is that all about?
I remember feeling no love for Wizards back on live, but I guess it is the same anywhere. Pure casters get screwed, pet classes do better, pure melee...hey, whatever you want.
Sorry, but I am just a bit pissed right now. I would not have even wasted the time on the CG quest if I had known I would not get any use out of the ring.
Luckily, I got my 2.0 while I was in LDON...oh, wait...that weapon pretty much sucks too, while my Nec buddy gets a pet that chews through everything like a buzzsaw. That makes sense.

 Old thread yes, but I wanted to add that Druzzil's Mystical Familiar does not seem to work either. I wonder if this is a client issue, although Druzzil's is from GoD and Pyromancy is from Depths...

Either way, it sucks and is a waste of AA's. 

I purchased the Pyromancy AA, since I do a lot of fire based spell damage (3/3 points spent).
I am using /alt activate 514 . When I try to activate it, I get a message that says that I do not have that ability.
Is this AA not working on EZ, or is the fact that I am using Underfoot possibly causing the problem?

Hi lerxst, and thanks for the reply! Yes, right after I posted this thread, I saw the "Underfoot Client" thread, and gathered that there was some patching to be done. Your link to the Wiki helped a lot too!

I did a search for this, but only came up with one answer...which I am confused on.

I just hit 65, and wanted to go to BoT to do the quest. I cannot zone in though. Just like the other person who posted the same question in these forums, the NPC says goodbye to me, but I do not go anywhere.

Is there a level 70 min entrance level for this? If so, why is the NPC marked as "65-70" ?
Or, are there components, etc that are needed to enter?
I think I remember a quest to get into BoT from back in the day, but I thought if you were over 61(?) you could just zone in...

Any help is appreciated.

Just an FYI...

After the last server reset, the Wizard showed up. So, it looks like the quest is still doable. Yay!

Well, after giving this some more time (and killing about 200 more goblins), I am thoroughly convinced that the Wizard just does not pop on the EZ server. Pity, as this was a fun quest, and the Flux stick makes quadding so much easier... 

Good to know. I was unaware that the DB is from GoD era. If that is the case, then the Wiz mob should show up...maybe I have just not gotten lucky enough to have him pop yet. I first did this quest back in 2000 or 2001 (hard to remember), but before GoD. I beleive it was still around in the GoD era though.

So, I decided to go oldschool and relive my EQ youth with the SoTF quest. I was able to get the heart of fire quite easily, but for the life of me I cannot find a Goblin Wizard in Permafrost. No matter how many mobs I kill, the Wizard never pops. It then dawned on me that perhaps that mob doesn't ever spawn on the EZ server, which would make the quest impossible.
So, does anybody know if indeed the Wizard is a non-spawn?
