what if you are required to have an item equiped at all times or your,banished from zone.  item would make all resists 0 so that the resist pvp fix doesnt mess with pve anymore.  or make a version of 1.0 that doesnt have proc and not allow other weapon in in zone

Roots and blinds are annoying but the 95% slow from heaven is painful.

With heaven slowing 95% my necro pet cant do more then one avatar from there at a time now.  Its rough lol.

I think the -1000 spell resist change.is also effecting npc cast spells.  Things I once resisted in hoh are hitting and showing -1000

Where can the necklace spell be obtained

My playtime will be limited this holiday season but if my turn comes up and im on i would love to work on some t3 armor for my warrior or paladin.  Whichever a vet things would benefit me the most.  War will be tank and pally is main heals.

If everyone hates tov maybe dont do it as T7 but make a powerful accessory you can get with coldain faction similar to the old school ring war quest series.
