why not have more than 1 person have the ability to reboot the server?

i have 2 toons in SFG right now so whoever is in game will still be able to play, but once you zone or re-log you're hosed.

this is happening very frequently and with no one  on to bring the server back up. i read that secrets had written a script for the server to reboot itself when this happens but not implemented ?

well i just got done getting the 4 cards and handed them in, got the tell from the NPC saying welcome to CG or whatever the text is, then clicked to zone in and crash...

What caused it is I finally got help to get the kings chest cards for CG and right when I zoned to ldon 4 the game said "eh, f u Eliseus"

what's also interesting is that there was no serverwide shout for my joining the CG.

coincidence? maybe but as soon as i turned the 4 cards in to join CG and clicked to zone in it crashed the server.

related? not sure but server is down again, happened at about 10:40 PM PST or so.

no i do not have it filtered, been working fine until logged in today

typing something in OOC looks like it goes through but it doesn't, confirmed with 2 different characters on 3 different PC's and checked with other people also, it's down
