If it is a daily, why not make it reset at reboot so it doesn't matter what time you do it. Can still only do it once per day. Or would that create an issue if the server crashes or is taken down for maintenance?

Daily reboots won't happen too much longer. ;-)

Rolling disconnects in guild/raid instances.  I logged a character into raid and it kept disconnecting moved him to my guild instance and was stable for a while, now im getting rolling disconnects in guild too.

Quest isn't broken....I think you just need to do the previous quests to get the key. I tried to shortcut it by just getting the shards and had the same problem. I went to the beginning and did the quest line from earring 1 and now I have my Arx Key
