I am new to the server and started a monk.  I have been using shurikens from the noob vendor.  I used 95 from the first stack then all of a sudden I cannot use them.  I get the too close to target message when I am too close but the too far from target message at all other times.  I have tried all I can think of short of finding a new throwing weapon.  Is this a known issue?  I can't seem to find this issue being discussed anywhere else in these forums.
