It isn't that hard to keep track of who has what crystals even in a team of 6. Making them stackable would just mean someone would go into pub pod and clear it over and over racking up the crystals while people who aren't overgeared for the zone struggle to find mobs. I agree with the logic of it, but disagree based on the proven greed of some people on this server. yes, I know they could buy an instance etc etc. But they don't and won't, those same greedy people are misers when it comes to their plat.

If Hunter makes the crystals stackable all he is doing is making it a race to kill mobs in pub PoD. Making it even harder for newer people to gear up their toons.

server still not letting people pass character selection screen?

I am current in UTC +7:00 (bangkok, hanoi, jakarta) time zone but I normally play like PST / EST.  About 5 hours before server reboot and sometime up to 3 hours after reboot as reboot is only 5pm for me.  Most of our players play and log around reboot time.

Yeah all my toons just crashed again. Immediately went to EQEmu Server Status page and says EZ Server DOWN. I guess the server is just going off and on on the server list and each time it goes off, i get disconnected.

Server is down.

I started EQ back at day 1 launch in 1999, and only played to about 2003 and never touched the game again.

But EZ is by far 100x more fun then original EQ was, imo.  And that says a lot because I always praise how much I liked EQ!

EZ is fun but nothing can beat Everquest Kunark!
