When you download games from steam it puts them in the steamapps folder in the main steam folder. you go into steamapps and just pull the everquest folder out of it then follow the instructions on EQEMU.

If your in another guild there should be a warning for such a thing. Forcing you out of a guild your already in to join another is something that should be a bit more extended besides " there ya go ".

so you're saying:
- you are in a guild already
- npc asks you if you'd like to a) be given an invite to the CG FG or b) teleported there.
- you tell the npc you want the guild tag.
- you get booted from your guild and invited to the CG FG.

well its like the guy who sold back his charm and now we can only sell coins one at at time. doh!

Has anyone else experienced a huge problem with multi-boxing with SoD? i got mine up and running today and tried to log on a handful of characters to buff for a 1-47 RoA run in CoM and i thought my computer was having a seizure. After i logged back down to one i was fine. i dunno if its something i did on my computer or if it is SoD. As an fyi i used to be able to easily run 5-6 characters (less than i had up today) with SoF.

I thought somewhere hunter posted that using any functions of addons that replicate playing the character without pushing keys is a no-no. i dont remember where it was posted otherwise i'd provide a link.

on level 2 its in that top left rotunda on the map. there are 2 other bosses per level of ldon (barring level 1 which is just trash).

Bards were added to the caster guild ring when they lost charm. for clerics you can still get your buffs from the level 54 pet that still works. honestly when i box my cleric i actually would find a pet more irritating than helpful. i have way to much going on with my WAR/BST to remember what in the world my cleric pet would be doing. Although i admit it must suck if you single box a cleric.

Here is a slightly dumb question, and i am unaware if anyone has posted an answer to it already. Is there a custom spell file for SoD yet? Last night/this morning i upgraded all of my accounts to run SoD and got them working well but after i logged in i realized that i have to do all the custom downloads for EZ server and there does not appear to be a SoD only one. Should we just use the Titanium spell file or the SoF spell file till Hunter can make a new one?

As posted above Hunter does not make a distinction in his reply about raid/non-raid mobs. He quite simply states and I quote

"You can go afk while camping for a boss but need to engage the boss within 5 minutes of it spawning. If the boss has been up for 5 minutes, and the person is not attacking it yet, then they forfeit the camp and anyone can have it."

In his original post he talks about raid bosses. However if you scroll down to his reply to a very similar question he posts the above quote.

Actually as crab pointed out. the server rules say you have exactly 5 mins before its an open camp. so yes it is a KS.

the pages are lore and the completed books i believe are lore. so the best you can do is collect one set, complete the book, collect another set and leave them in an uncompleted book until you hand in the first one. unless someone can think of something better?

i set up a simple macro for my beast that says

/pet back
/pet attack

i have to click it once maybe twice to get it to switch targets.

i dont want to be a burden. but its unfair to unban someone and not the rest because of their reputation. the crime that was committed was the same and the punishment should also be the same, i guess this is just a reflection of corruption in the social arena of america. shame on you hunter

He said after he reviewed the screenshots/videos he decided to let danny off with a warning. Obviously if you asked him to look at your screenshots/videos again, he probably did and saw no reason to change his mind. Hunter has done this for plenty of no name people. look at that one guy who went from a 7 day to 1 day suspension. He has been one of the most understanding GM i've seen in a long time.
