That is why I have not been playing the last few weeks.  I turned in 7 MCP tokens, logging out after each kill, and lost 5 of them due to zone crashes.  2 groups in my guild instance at the time for all kills.  

I was having the same luck in T5.  I could not kill more than 14 trash (from zone in) without my guild instance crashing. 

If you plan on doing the ring of ages quest, a full suit of dulak gear is helpful. You can equip it at level 1, for the most part.  keep an eye out in time, there are a couple of items that have no level restrictions as well. 

In dulak (you get ported out when you ding 61) all of the misc slots and weapons drop from the zone bosses.  They all share a common loot table, so you can camp one of them if you want.  I remember a bone shield dropping there for pally / sk. 

I usually try to get 3 illusions on most of my toons: 
Fire for the DS, Water for EB, and Air for levitate.  It is nice that these can be clicked at level 1, and on others. 

The key to the reaver door in CoM drops from Captain of the Guard, a named skeleton.  He usually hangs out on the front ramparts, or in the stables area.

You can enter BoT at 60.  The problem with BoT entry is usually related to the client you are using.   Titanium / SoD / SoF have no problems, but I have heard some of the later clients do.

Anger IV and anger V are both the same slot.  Use whichever one you do not want as the second junk aug

T3 - Kaldars touch?  Pally stonewall.
t4 - Crab twoshoes will heal you  10k base group heal

There are two tiers of armor in BoT and time.  The lower tier (in both) drops from the trash.  Your misc slots, and the higher tier armor, will drop from the flappies in courtyard (BoT) and from the bosses. 

In BoT, the chest piece will drop off of Gaukr (spams complete heal when low life, bring some DPS) and Oreen.  The legs drop from the named that has the flappy in the same room with him. 

Other than that, you dont have to camp a specific boss in BoT or time, they have a common loot table. 

You were asking for help with dragon slave last night just before the server started crashing.  I came up and killed it, but the person I was grouped with looted the page before I could stop him. 

If you see me on (most any gimp* toon), please send a tell.  I will come kill DS for you, then run you through the 2.0 as well. 

both my mage and my necro can (slowly) solo avatars.  The mage has to pay attention and heal the pet, the necro pet pretty much is set and kill.  Not sure they need much more buffing.

Pally t3 is Kaldars helping hand?, AKA pally stonewall.  10k mana to cast, 3k/tic to keep it going.  The t4 spell is a group heal, not quite as good as cleric vivification. 

Going from memory, druid regenII is a base 4500/tic heal, single target cast, with a fairly quick refresh rate.   I cant remember the duration, but I think it was < 10 minutes the few times I cast it.

I killed shadow several times last night, had over a dozen t3 boss tokens spread across my group.   I needed room in my inventory on one toon, so I put the tokens in the bank.  That is the only toon I still have tokens on  : /
