Yeah I had that same issue today.  On all my toons if I clicked my charm I crashed and could not log back in.  I went to my eq directory and did a search for all the files with the toons name in it and started deleting the ones that were dated as being modified last on 5/5/10.  The one that seemed to do it was the only one with that date that had UI in the name.  And as the name implies you will have to setup your UI again.

You will be able to log back on however.

Hmm that's odd that it doesn't affect bow damage but the same effect on the shaman spell Champion does affect it.  They are both the same effect (185 Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 10%).

Only diff I see offhand is one is casted buff and one is worn effect?

functionally crabs is right, but for those who are anal about how stuff works technically the damage you do on rooted mobs is normal damage and damage on a non-moving non-rooted mob is doubled.

Regarding Magelo:  Why can I see some people's inventory and not others?  Is there a way for us to disable our inventory?

Here is the issue.  Whatever you dip shits are doing in T3/T4 to crash it needs to stop time now.  Saying that "oh with XYZ I can still crash PoF" to cloud the issue and direct attention away from your intentional crashes of T3/T4 is childish.

Intentional crashing?  Why would we farm 16 mobs (not counting the yellow con adds) just to crash the zone 1 or 2% from it dying?  We miss out on armor loot, and a chance on spells and non-vis armor.

Here is the issue.  We put in hundreds and hundreds of hours on this content and our gear.  I appreciate that you want to help but you do not have to act like that toward us.  Remember the gear you got was copied from one of us.

ranger bow crits 25k from time to time

What bow/arrow are you using?!?    I have seen max 16.7k crits with TS running.   Max without is 8,970 with champion.  That is with 3.0 bow and tacvi arrow (and over 2400 atk).

I spent some time playing with the brawlers for the first time today.

It seems to me that any perceived increase in dps from parses is due to the +50 accuracy and not the actual focus effect.

There is no increase in either bow or sword damage with vs without it (no change in max hit that is).  I assume (which is dangerous) that you intended this to work like the champion shammy spell where it increases hits by 10%.  My bow hits go from around 8500 to 9000 with this buff.  If this was the type of increase you could expect to see out of the brawlers focus I would be quite pleased.  However I do not know for sure if this is what you intended or not.

Ya ya and you had to walk to the nexus uphill both ways..we all get it.

You also got to enjoy points per kill in LDONs and some other nifty things that no longer exist.

Actually it was getting to PoK uphill both ways back then before SFG took over ;p

Sorry but I have to LoL at this one.  Jydyta and I were some of the first to farm pod t1 and iirc it took 50 kills to get our first chest.  You guys are spoiled now...
