I've found I need at least 3 characters in an instance for it to not kick them.   Not sure why either.

Any day works for me

starting with UC1, 25% of damage leeched up to max 75% at 3

I'm not sure on mechanics for boxing.    I tried the Hidden Forest server and eventually gave up because it had knockbacks/feign death mechanics from Ssra Temple.   If it gets elaborate on those I'd try it but probably wouldn't want the grind to complete a tier to be like T10 length of time with those mechanics.

They are doing one run right now and another afterwards.

Im stuck on T10. 

I picked different factions to start with based on the gear before I realized I needed to do all 3.   When I tried to drop the faction on my casters to get everyone starting on the same one it wouldnt let me so there I stopped.

This is that great thing where you probably have a rogue and its pickpocketing with a macro plugin.  Check your rogues inventory

Higher versions of monk epic augment do not have their Flying kick damage mod as the lower tiers do.

Possible to look at the monk strike attacks as well? 

Meleeing for thousands of damage and only getting 200 damage kicks and strikes is /lol

Triple/Double Loot clickies from rewards and halloween make catch up very easy.

 I disagree with the cost per.  Instances should always follow waypoint guidelines.   Free, if you have it.

Would also be nice if the NPCs in the new tier didn't attack each other, like the different races do now in Sunderock and Old Commonlands.

Noticed that the Monk Epic 8 - 9 doesnt have Flying Kick Damage mod on it as the lower level ones did.  Is this correct?
