bards would never be taken into a hybrid as they kind of are already seeing as they are a jack of all trades paladins are already a hybrid so that would be out the only classes you have to work with when making hybrids are the pures

It was a little hard to read your post but if I understand you correctly you are saying the 2 disc's would add 3 3k hits once every 30 seconds for a total of 9k every 30 seconds or 18k every 1 minute. My monk currently does about 4k dps, stretch that over a minute and you get a total of 240k. Add in the 18k and you get 258k. Divide that back down to get the dps and you get 4300. If I did my math right that is a 7.5% increase. Hardly something that takes monks from "never great dps" to great dps. But it is nice eye candy though, just like most of the other monk discs and our flying kick. Adding a proc to our weapons would take advantage of our superior connection rate.

Basically yes, but it wouldnt always hit for 3k exactly it ranges from the low hundreds to 3.3k or so and with ashenhand its doubled but the min is like 2k when using that disc. But as on ez everything isnt on par with live the damage should be scaled up a bit to make it more useful for people to tab over and hit it every thirty seconds a 10% dps increase is better than none imo

PS: its on the same timer as the monks pacify line

honestly monks were never great dps before they got their clawstriker line and ashenhand disc is useless without it i suggest hunter or secrets come up with a way to implement the clawstriker line but up the damage from live as 3 3k hits from a disc isnt going to bump the dps much very much as it is on a 30 second recast but you would have to make it affect the tiger claw eagle strike abilitys as well to increase them everytime its pressed like wu's mastery is supposed to do but doesnt

it wont be changed its there to prevent perma afk camping on bosses it doesnt take much out of you to tab over to your boxes and move them 1 step every 5 minutes

Yellowbird, You have a guild fine good for you run it the way you like treat your members how you want its your guild do what you want with it. But DONT run your mouth to other guild leaders/officers telling them how to run a guild because you think your way is the best way and must be followed to a T for the guild to be successful your truly not better than everyone else

this post will probably be edited by hunter or someone else with admin access on this site as i do believe posting links to download MQ2 is prohibited its not that hunter has it banned from ez server but it shouldnt be posted here for public access if people want it they can go out and search for it themselves for hours or maybe minutes if they know where to look but regardless posting MQ2 links on forums always leads to trouble

Might I also suggest making a cleric to heal your tank instead of a shaman. Once you get up in lvls your heal effectiveness will get less and less.

Hell, why not just have Hunter remove every class except for Wars and Clerics.

In everquest live, if you try to rely on a druid or shaman to heal your end game warrior you would come up lacking as well. Druid and shaman should not be considered end game main source of healing, they are utility characters, used for buffs and in shamans case, used for slow as well, (on live). The reason for no slow on emu servers is the lack of partial resists. Putting a 70% slow on the end game mobs would break the end game. You can't play a shaman or druid and expect to play the role of a cleric.

on live a druid could heal nearly as well as a cleric with their direct heals and are better healers than shamans since they have a direct group heal also in no way does a group lack on live with one of the 3 healers unless that person honestly does not know how to heal a shaman can go on for hours without a med break healing and slowing druids use their mana up slightly faster with lower % of heals on the tank where as a cleric can usually completely heal a tank in 1 cast with an exceptional the only situations where a cleric would need to be the primary healers is in raids and that would be the only case druids to casters in that situation and shamans to melee all 3 classes are good healers just druids/shamans can do other things besides heal and buff hence why the cleric will remain on top

but yeah on ez druids/shamans unfortunatly get blown out of the water in the healing department by clerics so id toss ur shaman in a box and only open it when you want their 3.0 buffs
