Some reports of 3rd degree burns, but primarily horrific blistering of the skin is being reported in mass numbers. No certainty on when this will end.

Today I've been trying to advance to the next stage of my quests. I'm level 19, when I goto the 10-20 quest giver I can not get him to port me to paludal caverns. He says he's sending me there waves his arms and nothing. I've tried using the customer teleporter instead and she does similar actions, says as I wish, waves her hands and nothing. I've tried asking her to port me to just Neus and nothing, I've tried running to the POK books to port up and circumvent that way and nothing. I tried making a new char and had the same problems

I'm using EQ TItanium. Any suggestions?
