He understands what he is doing , i just prefer we play together so i can keep an eye on him. He has been playing for about a year already,but he has been on my private server.(lol the 4.0 on ez has nothing on the stuff we created) So he is gonna have to learn all the play nice rules.

Thanks for the info . I dont mind giving up a little dps if the heals help keep us alive. I am doing this for my 8 year old. As long as he is having fun playing is all that matters. We probably wont go past ldon anyway, he just wants to play.  We already do decent with the pets having the pally swords and our life taps.

I just started a necro to level up with my sons SK. He wanted us to have evil toons. Anyway, i am going to try to knock out 1.5's for both of them tonight.  Now for my question ,,,, how much does this pet heal for ?  And how Bout the other epic pets if you know.

Are you handing him the 1hs ? Did the same thing on my pally, he only takes the 2hs version.

Mine did that both times i reinstalled running vista. I just went into options and changed the resolution to 800x600 and it had no problems after that and i changed resolution back once iwas in game.

Edit........ let me clarify , i changed the resolution in the EQ options  on the login screen not the computer. Then it let me log in and i was able to change it to a better setting. No issues running it after that.

No denying its a easy solo quest to get the 2.5. Just thought an alternative way for those that dont want or need fg cg could do. Something that still invloved questing for, but at the same time took some of the crowding out of guk. I didnt mean to say easier in the last post. I dont want it handed to me, i dont mind workibg for it.   

I didnt mean it had to be that one. Just thought it might be an idea. Would be nice to have something that hunter wouldnt Have to write the whole quest, thats why i was thinking of an existing one ,jut modified to give access to that zone. I dont know about everyone else but , i would like a little easier ( not so camped)quest to get to my 2.5 just so i can move on to the next. For example i would like a shammy for the epic hp clicky, but could care less about having him in fg/cg since i will never use him for anything other than buffing.

Just a thought i had last night, how about another quest to bypass fg/cg if you want. A quest just to get you access to zone for 2.5 . We could even use an existing quest like the vex thal key quest if it is working on EZ. The shards dont drop from a single mob so more than 1 person could try for them in same zone, it uses older zones many people never go to anymore , and would probably take same amount of time as camping for hours in lguk while spreading the campers across different zones.

I was refering to this.. it was on the server riles not long ago,i just missed where he changed it back.  looks like hunter went back to the old camping rule tho.

need some clarification on  "If the item doesn't drop, then give someone else a chance at the next spawn before you try again."

so are we only allowed one spawn if we are camping a FG/CG item then we have to let someone else have the next kill?

im sure this is a misundertanding.
If it isnt, its gonna change the entire camping process on EZ.
