Yeah no more lazy kick/bash/backstab/pickpocket key. Explains why the mobs kept turning on him lmao. Guess they dont like pickpockets.

So with all of the changes, I figured it would be a good idea to take my cleric off the shelf and finish up UC2 on it... so rolled into Anguish.  I have to say... the Drake changes are... effective at making druid worthless at healing lol.  Just to see, I pulled small trains, like 20 mobs (as opposed to Watchyoudie's half zone pulls in there)  and put it up when I got back to pull spot... it was gone in like 2 seconds or less lol.  I don't need it for Anguish... but if I did I don't see the value in using it.  I'm not complaining... I'll adjust and use other healers more or do what I have to... but  I'd rather see the heal amount gutted by 80% but leave recast and hits as they had been or something.  As it is now, the only use I could see for it would be on a slowed ST boss pull or something where it would last longer than a second or two.  I know it was OP before... I think its pretty useless now though.

I've not been on much recently, so need to catch up on updates

The new instance system is really nice, but have to agree with the timer on instance creation, it really is gunna slow down EoN farming etc
There should be a timer for deletion, to stop just recreating over an over

I think Hunter orig had a system where you could delete, but only when it was due or close to expire, as some zones do take a bit of time
Cant remember why is was removed
Ie,
create instance for 3 days,
Delete instance only available  when <1 day remaining on instance

Anyway, Just my thoughts

Love the changes, but agree with above....  the timer creation part puts is very annoying for EoN type farming where it may take under a minute to do the zone, ie Fippy Darkpaw.... create instance...ooops, needed version not up..... repop... still not up... now you have a 9 min 30 second wait to try in raid instance.  Also... Bravo on whatever you did to the expeditions... finally working for me again for the first time in a long time.

Not to dump any more work on our overworked Dev.... but what about an SLS farming zone that scales to lvl like the haloween zones did?  Not sure how hard that is to implement.... but that would at least give an  xp return, and maybe even have the other world drops, ie unicorn poop and GSoA drop there too... and yah, would be nice if all mobs could drop, not just picking out the wisps from the other 90% of mobs in the zone... or... have it be an all wisp orgy zone...

Upon hailing a second time without destroying the instance, only the toon who hailed was ported in... then... when trying to #e invite the remaining group members and bring them in to instance, it says that my main toon (who got the expedition) is already in an expedition and won't let me port the rest in.

Exact same thing happened to me. Was in nexus GI and tried to get expedition, said I got it and it marked the location on my map. Left the instance, and in public nexus it ported me in, but my group couldnt enter, and didnt show an expedition. Task window on box who got the expedition didnt show the task. Finished, cleared Abyss mini, and no completion, no reward.

Still unchanged for me.  Have not been able to earn berries in  quite some time now.

Yah...  i can do an expedition... if i #e invite each toon before i zone into it... but the main toon that starts it still isn't getting the quest no matter what i do.

Now that its pretty obvious Hate will be making T10 in the Plane of Water....

How about an upgraded version of Tserina's whip.. maybe a quest, rare drop item, something hard to do, but a new skin that allows an extra strike aug and has some kind of a neat proc with updated white damage.  Maybe even one for FS/IS users too who have nothing better to spend their SLS on.  There was a ranger only whip in plane of Earth that proc'd swarm pets for example, was kinda fun.

I like a lot of the ideas posted regrading making content hard, but to me there is a difference between "hard" and "PITA."

Examples:  

Hard:  Mobs that hit like a truck, bosses that have scripts that need to be followed, Big AoE dots that need cured or you die, dps checks like I mentioned before, ie you don't burn boss down fast enough.... BOOM.

PITA:  No safe spots to pull to, buffs getting stripped (yah, it would make it hard, but also be so annoying to have to rebuff after the 100th time... and /cry about xp mask buff lol), time constraints (ie clear all mobs before they repop to get spawn), FU Deathtouch type mechanics that are gonna kill a toon every time, no matter what, etc.

I'd like to see the new content be as hard as hell, but on the merits of the mob difficulty, not annoying gimmicks.  I want T10 to take a long time to complete.... otherwise I'm going to have nothing to work for after a few more months.

I'm not a "low time" player... I play a lot... but often have to do it in shorter bursts... ie I don't always have a 4 hour block of time to work a zone.... but I might have a 10 hour time in which i can actually play 5 hours for example...  I do need to AFK, I have kids, work, etc.  I'm fine putting in however much time I need to in order to advance... but like I said before, I like to be able to do it in chunks smaller than 4 hour blocks.  As perspective, I have 15 at T10, working on 3rd UC3, UWVIII on tank (and closing in on the last three... where are you LP mini? Tongue), RoA over 800, max SoA, etc.  I started around 17 months ago.

If it is an instance oriented issue, I'd rather just fix whatever the root of the issue may be.

Can a few others confirm like clockwork this is what is causing people grief is being inside of an instance?

Yesterday I had that happen, where i was able to get the quest in public nexus after not being able to get it from instance.  Today, I can't get it in pub or instance, stonehive, or nexus.  I get the "The entry to your destination has been marked on your compass..." but no port, no quest on toon hailing or any other toon.  I am in raid currently....

The thing I hate most is zones that repop.  When breaking into T5/T7 I pretty much had to block out a 4 hour chunk of time so i could complete it.  Those are by far my least favorite zones.   Yes there is plenty of time to clear them, even for a new gear appropriate person breaking in.... but you have to do it all at once.  Some of us multitask (play at work /cough), have kids, family obligations, etc that make it hard to block out large chunks of time to complete zones like those.

I know that some people like that mechanic as a "dps check" or see it as a challenge, however I'd rather see hard dps checks on the bossess... ie you kill it 30 seconds after engaging, or it WTFsplodes you with a 20m hp AoE for example.  I want the zone to be long and hard (yes... yes it is what she said), but I want to be able to work on it over multiple play sessions if needed also.  

The way the zone progression works obviously makes a big difference too, ie T9 has fast repops but it doesn't matter because your basically farming drops from trash and spawning named with body counts.  

I like outdoor zones in general due to easier boxing and not having to deal with tight corners, steps, etc...  unless you want to make a Call of the Whole Frigg'n Raid clicky Tongue

I agree with others that the plat and other drops should be adjusted for difficulty.  It is way faster to faceroll lower tiers for xp/unicorn poop/GSoA/etc.  I will say T9 is good plat return rate though.

If you compare the UC1 vs UC2 vs UC3... uc2 is by far easiest and less time consuming to obtain. UC2 is like jumping off a 10 foot wall onto a bed of clouds. UC3 is a 100 foot drop onto a bed of kitten farts.

uc2 isn't the easiest the first few times around either

I agree with that for sure... used to take me hours to do one clear breaking in... sure its easy when you outgear it..

Dim's right. Believe me, the further you progress the more you realize you want as little hate generation as humanly possible..

Making hatestomp 5X aggro would make you have to hotkey group rez clicky after each non-trash mob encounter.

If you want to experiment with ways to kill yourself quicker, Cast Irrational irritation on your warrior with the Enchanter (you know the spell you get for free that would mimic this whole thing without having to actually bother.. oh forget it).

Dim is not right, as he never provided the valid point that you just did, and I always have the Enc II buff on me. That being said I believe Akka is working on aggro roll over, with that being said something could be done regardless or at least looked into.

Don't want to use different weps?  then use different shoulders with cowardice augs and cast masked strength.  It shouldn't matter if you have shoulders a tier or 2 lower if your not getting hit.
