Please keep your emails brief when emailing me because I work 70 hrs a week, and sometimes I don't even get home for 1-2 days at a time. I was just on the road for 2-3 days and my inbox is taking forever to clear. Please give me at least 2 days to reply before emailing me again.
Try to keep suggestions in the forums so I can view them when I'm ready.
For guild request, I just need the character name and guild name.
For complaints, I'll need screenshots and/or videos.
Again, please keep them brief or else I'll need to put them aside to read on Saturday.
